Hulu has announced that 20th Century Studios’ “Amsterdam” will begin streaming on Hulu in the United States on Sunday, August 20, 2023. The film is already available to stream on Disney+ in many countries including the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.
The film is described as an “original romantic crime epic” and stars Christian Bale, Robert De Niro, John David Washington and Margot Robbie.
“Amsterdam” is set in the ’30s and is a true story that follows three friends who witness a murder, become suspects themselves, and uncover one of the most outrageous plots in American history.
Additional cast includes Taylor Swift, Chris Rock, Zoe Saldana, Michael Shannon, Alessandro Nivola, Andrea Riseborough, Anya Taylor-Joy, Matthias Schoenaerts, Mike Myers, Timothy Olyphant, Zoe Saldana, and Rami Malek.
The film is written and directed by David O. Russell (Joy) and produced by Arnon Milchan, Matthew Budman, Anthony Katagas, David O. Russell and Christian Bale, with Yariv Milchan, Michael Schaefer and Sam Hanson serving as executive producers.
