‘Black Panther: Wakanda Forever’ Begins Production in Atlanta

“Black Panther’s” highly anticipated sequel titled  “Black Panther: Wakanda Forever” started production yesterday at Pinewood Studios in Atlanta, Georgia.  Marvel Studios CEO Kevin Feige confirmed the news and promised that they’ll make Chadwick Boseman proud.  You can read his exact quote below:

“It’s clearly very emotional without Chad,” Feige said before the “Black Widow” Global Fan Event in Los Angeles on Tuesday night. “But everyone is also very excited to bring the world of Wakanda back to the public and back to the fans. We’re going to do it in a way that would make Chad proud.”

Not much is known about the sequel except that T’Challa will not be recast after the passing of Chadwick Boseman and Ryan Coogler will return to direct and write the film.

Earlier this month, there were several reports that Tenoch Huerta will reportedly play Namor the Submariner in the film however this has not been confirmed by Marvel.
