Corey Stoll Rumored To Play MODOK in ‘Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania’

Earlier this week, The Direct reported that M.O.D.O.K would be introduced to the MCU in a major role in “Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania.” Jim Carrey was originally rumored to play the Marvel villain in future MCU projects however The Direct reported that the comedy legend will not portray the character in the upcoming Ant-Man film.

Today, GWW has revealed that Corey Stoll will be playing M.O.D.O.K. in the Ant-Man threequel.  The new rumor suggests that the villain of the first Ant-Man movie Darren Cross aka Yellowjacket, who was played by Stoll, will return to the MCU as M.O.D.O.K.

We have now learned that in fact Cory Stoll will be playing M.O.D.O.K. in the Ant-Man threequel.

When we actually think about it, this makes perfect sense for not only Stoll’s character but the franchise as a whole. Last time we saw Yellow Jacket he had been shrunk down and sent to what we would now assume is the Quantum Zone. Meaning he is not only alive but would have access to an entire universe of possibilities.
