Freeform has released an “Doug Gets Ready For Anderson .Paak & TFN” sneak peek from Episode 2 of Season 6 of “grown-ish” which will premiere on Freeform on July 5, 2023. Episodes will also stream the next day on Hulu.

From black-ish executive producer, Kenya Barris, comes a contemporary take on the current issues facing both students and administrators in the world of higher education. Yara Shahidi portrays Zoey – Dre (Anthony Anderson) and Rainbow’s (Tracee Ellis Ross) popular, entitled, stylish and socially active 17-year-old daughter — as she heads off to college and quickly discovers that not everything goes her way once she leaves the nest.
After following in his big sister Zoey’s footsteps and taking on her alma mater, Andre Johnson Jr., aka Junior (Marcus Scribner), makes moves to step out of his sister’s shadow and become a big man on campus.
The series stars Marcus Scribner, Trevor Jackson, Diggy Simmons, Daniella Perkins, Justine Skye and Tara Raani.
Season 6 guest stars include Lil Yachty, Anderson .Paak, The Free Nationals, Kelly Rowland, Omarion, Latto and NLE Choppa.
The series is produced by ABC Signature and Kenya Barris, Craig Doyle, Yara Shahidi, Anthony Anderson, Laurence Fishburne, Helen Sugland, E. Brian Dobbins and Michael Petok serve as executive producers. Doyle will serve as showrunner for Season 6, succeeding Zakiyyah Alexander and Courtney Lilly, who were co-showrunners last season.
Previous seasons of “grown-ish” are available to stream on Hulu in the US and on Disney+ in many countries including the US, the UK, Canada and more.
