During Disney’s Investor’s Day meeting, President of Lucasfilm, Kathleen Kennedy confirmed that Hayden Christensen will return as Darth Vader in the new Obi-Wan Kenobi set for Disney+. The actor will be joining Ewan McGregor who will be reprising his role as Jedi Master Obi-Wan Kenobi.
The events of the new Obi-Wan series will take place 10 years after Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith. The series is directed by Deborah Chow, who directed episodes of The Mandalorian Season 1. Filming is scheduled to begin in March of 2021.
