  2. I am disgusted with the lack of customer service I have received. I have been bounced between Disney+ and Google play since Feb 21, 2022 as I have been double charged and require a refund of $135.59. Disney+ told me to go to google play in which I contacted thru the Google play help website. I received an email from google play saying this.
    I understand that you would like to have the refund for the subscription (Disney Plus) that was made on Jan 27, 2022 through the app website. Please let me explain this and help you further. The best way to resolve your issue is to contact the app developer directly. I request you to please contact the app developers. I hope the app developers will do their best to help you with the refund as per their policies.

    • I faced exactly the same issue of double charges and the representatives are not helpful, I am in Mena Region and subscribed only once and I got 2 charges they said because I also subscribe to the UK app – obviously, I only have one account/app and UK is not even available in my region as well I only paid for the subscription once. Terrible service
