Jon Favreau Returning for ‘Spider-Man: No Way Home’

Having appeared as a prominent mentor character for Peter Parker throughout his series of solo MCU films, it appears that we are going to see Jon Favreau return to the role of Happy Hogan in the third instalment of the franchise. According to Murphy’s Multiverse, it was previously unknown whether Favreau would be able to be a part of the movie due to covid restrictions and filming schedules, but now its being reported that he will be in the movie.

Happy has played a considerable supporting role in the two previous Spider-man movies, alongside Tom Holland, even seeming to have a romantic relationship with Peter’s Aunt May (Marisa Tomei).

It will be interesting to see what kind of a part Happy plays in the upcoming threequel, especially with the events of the post-credits scene in ‘Far From Home.’ We don’t have too long to wait though as ‘Spider-Man: No Way Home’ hits cinemas this coming Christmas.
