‘Loki’ Season 2 Rumored Disney+ Release Window

The second season of “Loki” is expected to release on Disney+ this summer, however, Disney has not announced an exact release date yet.  According to a new report, Season 2 might arrive on the streamer in July.  The news comes from Twitter user Marvel Updates which has over 115, 000 followers.  You can see that post below:

As always, since nothing has been confirmed by Marvel or Disney, we will treat this as a rumor for now.

Plot details for the second season are being kept under wraps. Eric Martin will serve as a writer for all six episodes.  Moon Knight directors Justin Benson and Aaron Moorhead have been tapped to co-direct a majority of the episodes for “Loki” Season 2.   Hiddleston and Michael Waldron, who wrote and served as showrunner in Season 1, will executive produce Season 2.

Tom Hiddleston is set to return as Loki.  Owen Wilson, who played Mobius in the first season of “Loki,” is also confirmed for the second season. Additionally, Gugu Mbatha-Raw, who played Ravonna Renslayer in Season 1, confirmed to GMA that she will be returning.

Season 1 of “Loki” is available to stream now on Disney+.
