A new documentary titled “Making The Disney Wish: Disney’s Newest Cruise Ship” will premiere on National Geographic on December 24, 2022 at 9 pm.
The official description is as follows: At a shipyard on Germany’s North Sea, a marvel of modern engineering is taking shape; hundreds of construction workers, engineers, architects, designers, animators, cast and crew are transforming 144,000 tons of steel.
A Disney+ release date for the documentary has not been announced yet.
Setting sail in summer 2022, the Disney Wish is the fifth ship in the Disney Cruise Line fleet, joining the Disney Magic (maiden voyage in 1998), the Disney Wonder (maiden voyage in 1999), the Disney Dream (maiden voyage in 2011) and the Disney Fantasy (maiden voyage in 2012).
