Marvel Studios theatrical release dates have shuffled around multiple times during the last 18 months due to the pandemic, and that trend continues with two further movies being pushed back.
An untitled movie that was going to debut on October 7, 2022, has now been pushed back almost an entire full year and is now set to open in theaters on October 6, 2023. The other untitled movie in the November 2023 slot has been pushed back just one week, from November 3, 2023, to November 10, 2023.
While we don’t know for certain, it’s believed that Mahershala Ali’s Blade is a likely candidate for the October slot. There were reports earlier this year that the movie was still in search of a director which could be one of the reasons for the delay.
