San Diego Comic-Con 2021 runs July 23-25 this year and for the second year in a row the event will take place online due to the pandemic. According to Deadline, Marvel Studios has opted out of any virtual presentation this year. The studio also skipped last year’s event and made all of their big reveals during Disney’s Investor Day presentation last December.
There is still no word if Marvel has any plans to showcase their Sony titles during Comic Con@Home including, Spider-Man: No Way Home, Venom: Let There Be Carnage and Morbius.
A live edition of San Diego Comic-Con is happening later this year from November 26 through November 28, 2021. At this time, it’s not known if Marvel Studios has plans for an appearance at that event.
Disney Television has already announced eight virtual panels for Comic Con@Home 2021. You can find out more about those presentations here.
