Marvel’s ‘Daredevil Born Again’ Series Coming To Disney+ in March 2025

Disney has announced that Marvel’s upcoming “Daredevil: Born Again” Disney+ series will debut on Disney+ in March 2025.

The announcement was made during the Disney upfront presentation to advertisers in New York on Tuesday.

Charlie Cox and Vincent D’Onofrio are reprising their roles from the Netflix series as Daredevil/Matt Murdock and Kingpin/Wilson Fisk, respectively, and Jon Bernthal is back as the vigilante known as The Punisher/Frank Castle.

Sopranos prequel actor Michael Gandolfini (The Many Saints of Newark) has joined the cast of Born Again in a major role and Margarita Levieva (The Deuce) has boarded the series. Arty Froushan (Carnival Row) has been reportedly cast to play Harry, one of the main characters opposite Cox and D’Onofrio. Nikki M. James (The Book of Mormon), Michael Gaston (Chicago P.D., Mayor of Kingstown), and Lou Taylor Pucci (Physical) have also been cast in undisclosed roles.

Elden Henson and Deborah Ann Woll are now expected to reprise their roles as Foggy Nelson and Karen Page, respectively, in the upcoming series.

The series faced a creative overhaul during development.  Consequently, head writers Chris Ord and Matt Corman left the series. Directors Justin Benson and Aaron Moorhead, known for their work on ‘Moon Knight’ and “Loki” Season 2, are directing all remaining episodes of ‘Daredevil: Born Again’s’ first season.  Dario Scardapane (The Punisher) replaced Matt Corman and Chris Ord as showrunners but they remain on board as EPs.

Filming on the project has wrapped.
