Marvel’s ‘Moon Knight’ Filming Moves To November

Filming details have been revealed for Marvel’s new ‘Moon Knight’ series for Disney+.

According to Geeks Worldwide, production on the show will begin in mid-November at Pinewood Studios in Atlanta, Georgia. The series was originally rumored to begin filming in August at Pinewood Studios UK.

Atlanta is a favorite filming location for Marvel films and series. The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, WandaVision, and Loki are all said to be filmed in the city as well as past movies like Guardians of the Galaxy, Captain America and Ant-Man.

Casting is currently underway for the film.  Daniel Radcliffe (Harry Potter) recently debunked the rumors that he would be playing “Moon Knight” aka Marc Spector.

Jeremy Slater, known for his work on FOX’s The Exorcist and Netflix’s Umbrella Academy, will serve as showrunner.

There is no premiere date yet, but there is speculation for a December 2021 or Spring 2022 release.
