Launched in 2021, the Disney+ Original Series “Marvel Studios LEGENDS” explores and celebrates the epic heroes and villains of the MCU, and the moments that made them. All 29 episodes of “Marvel Studios LEGENDS” are streaming now on Disney+.
While no other details about these episodes have been provided, they will likely feature characters from Marvel Studios’ upcoming “Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3” which arrives on Wednesday, May 3, 2023, in cinemas in the United Kingdom and Ireland and on May 5, 2023 in US theaters.
Marvel Studios Legends: Drax and Mantis episodes were released last November on Disney+ so possible characters to be featured in the next installment could include Peter Quill, Gamora, Rocket, Groot, Nebula, and/or Kraglin. We’ll be sure to announce further details once they are revealed.
In “Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3,” our beloved band of misfits are settling into life on Knowhere. But it isn’t long before their lives are upended by the echoes of Rocket’s turbulent past. Peter Quill, still reeling from the loss of Gamora, must rally his team around him on a dangerous mission to save Rocket’s life—a mission that, if not completed successfully, could quite possibly lead to the end of the Guardians as we know them.
James Gunn writes and directs “Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3,” which stars Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldana, Dave Bautista, Karen Gillan, Pom Klementieff, featuring Vin Diesel as Groot, Bradley Cooper as Rocket, Sean Gunn, Chukwudi Iwuji, Will Poulter and Maria Bakalova. Kevin Feige is the producer and Louis D’Esposito, Victoria Alonso, Nikolas Korda, Simon Hatt, and Sara Smith serve as executive producers.
