“Miracle on 34th Street” (1947) has been removed from Disney+ in the United States.
The removal came as a bit of a surprise since Disney+ does not announce which titles will be leaving every month as Netflix and Hulu does. The film has temporarily moved to HBO Max and is expected to return to Disney+ when that contract ends.
When a nice old man, employed as a department store Santa Claus, is institutionalized as insane, a young lawyer decides to defend him by arguing in court that he is the real thing.

“Miracle on 34th Street” is still available on Disney+ in select other regions.
