First off, TV Time points out that “Ms. Marvel” will launch on Disney+ on Friday, May 13, 2022. Marvel shows typically premiere on Disney+ on Wednesdays, so a Friday release date would be unusual for the streamer.
Next , are the episode titles, the first episode is titled “Kamala Khan: Embiggen!” This could be in reference to the catchphrase that Kamala Khan uses when she changes her size. Other episode titles include” Lockin’ Jaws” and “The Woman I Look Up To.”
Since nothing official has been revealed by Marvel or Disney, we will treat the above information as a rumor for now.
Kevin Feige has described Ms. Marvel “as one of the newer characters in the Marvel Comic Universe.” The six-part series is based on the popular comics revolving around 16-year-old Pakistani-American and New Jersey native Kamala Khan. Iman Vellani will play the titular hero.
The series also stars the Aramis Knight, Saagar Shaikh, Rish Shah, Zenobia Shroff, Mohan Kapur, Matt Lintz, Yasmeen Fletcher, Laith Naki, Azher Usman, Travina Springer, Nimra Bucha, and Farhan Akhtar.
Bisha K. Ali is set as co-writer and showrunner, with four directors including Sharmeen Obaid-Chinoy, Adil El Arbi, Billal Fallah and Meera Menon.
