Disney has announced that the “Muppets Most Wanted” sing-along version will release on Disney+ in the United States on Friday, December 16, 2022.
As subscribers watch the Sing-Along version, they will be able to fully immerse themselves in the music with on-screen lyrics.
“Muppets Most Wanted”, the sequel to 2011’s “The Muppets”, follows Kermit the Frog, Miss Piggy, Animal, and the rest of the Muppets as they head off on a European tour by the suggestion of their new manager, Dominic (Ricky Gervais). Mayhem unfolds as Kermit the Frog is mistaken for international criminal, Constantine. With Kermit behind bars, the Muppets find themselves in an international crime caper narrated by the witty monologue of Kermit the Frog quotes. Can Sam the Eagle and Interpol agent Jean Pierre Napoleon (Ty Burrell) save the day? Will Kermit escape prison and Warden Nadya (Tina Fey)? Will Constantine get away with the dastardly plan?
