New Mystery Star Wars Project to Begin Filming In June

Bespin Bulletin has revealed that a secret Star Wars project with the codename “Grammar Rodeo”  is seemingly preparing to start production sometime in June.  According to the outlet, their sources say the project is not The Acolyte, Lando, or set in The Mandalorian timeline.  They also shared that a familiar name was attached and that the shoot will take place at Manhattan Beach Studios.

Earlier this week, it was reported that Lucasfilm is rumored to be developing a kid-focused live-action Star Wars series that is set during the “High Republic” era.  The High Republic era takes place two centuries before the events of Star Wars: Episode I – The Phantom Menace when the Galactic Republic and the Jedi Order are at their zenith.  So far, the High Republic stories have been told mostly through a series of novels and comic books published by Marvel Comics.

According to Cinelinx unlike their current/upcoming shows, however, the primary cast, and focus of the story, would be kids in the pre-teen to teenage range.  The show is being described as “Stranger Things in space.”

Could this be the secret Star Wars show that will film this summer? Stay tuned to Disney Plus Informer for any updates to this story as they become available.
