Sketchbook – Season 1 – Premiere

An intimate instructional documentary series, “Sketchbook” with Walt Disney Animation Studios takes us onto the desks and into the lives of talented artists and animators as they teach us how to draw a single iconic character from a Walt Disney Animation Studios film. Each episode focuses on a single artist illustrating a character that either they helped create or inspired them to want to be an artist at the Studio. As we learn the steps to drawing these characters, we also discover that the artists each have a unique story to tell about how they made their way to Disney and their chosen character. From the creators of “Chef’s Table,” this exclusive experience will give viewers of all ages a new understanding of how these beloved characters come to life on-screen while introducing them to a new cast of real-life characters along the way.

NEW LIBRARY TITLES:

Dino Ranch – Season 1 – Episodes 20-26

“Dino Ranch” introduces young audiences to the ultimate playground – a working farm and dinosaur sanctuary – and the tight-knit Cassidy family: Ma (Jane), Pa (Bo) and their three adopted kids, Jon, Min and Miguel. And ranch life certainly wouldn’t be the same without their distinctive dino pals: Jon’s speedy raptor, Blitz; Min’s big-hearted brontosaurus, Clover; Miguel’s tiny (but mighty) triceratops, Tango; Pa’s full-grown T-Rex, Biscuit, and Ma’s massively loyal parasaurolophus, Quack.

The Owl House – Season 2 – Episodes 11-16

“The Owl House” follows Luz, a self-assured teenage girl who stumbles upon a portal to a magical realm where she befriends a rebellious witch, Eda, and a tiny warrior, King. Despite not having magical abilities, Luz pursues her dream of becoming a witch by serving as Eda’s apprentice at the Owl House and ultimately finds a new family in an unlikely setting.

Amphibia – Season 3 – Episodes 10-14

Created and executive produced by Matt Braly (“Gravity Falls”), season three of the Emmy® Award-nominated series finds Anne and the Plantars transported from Amphibia to her hometown of Los Angeles, where the Frog Family must learn to navigate the complexities of this modern-day world, conceal their identities as talking frog people and search for a way home. Season three will also include a 22-minute Christmas special featuring a song written by Rebecca Sugar (“Steven Universe”). Since its premiere in June 2019, “Amphibia” has garnered over 107 million views across Disney Channel’s YouTube and currently ranks among the top three cable series with Kids 6-11.

Heartland Docs, DVM – Season 4

In Hartington, Nebraska, Drs. Ben and Erin Schroeder put thousands upon thousands of miles on their truck as they crisscross America’s Heartland, employing their expertise to treat all creatures great and small. From furry pets at the clinic to herds of cattle by the hundreds, few vets have the skill and heart to take on the unique challenges that come their way every day. Whether they are up against intense summer heat, bitter cold, white-out blizzards or impassable roads, the Schroeders will do whatever is necessary to treat animals in distress, including opening their clinic on the weekends with the help of their sons Chase and Charlie or making farm calls in the middle of the frigid night. The Schroeders’ dedication to their hometown, and the animals that are a part of it, is what makes them invaluable members of their local community.

Primal Survivor: Escape the Amazon – Season 1

Wilderness and survival expert Hazen Audel takes treacherous paths in this documentary series. Using his knowledge and skills, Audel sets off on a journey via lesser traveled roads, where the terrain is unstable and the elements are often harsh and unpredictable. Stopping in local communities, Audel speaks to native residents to gather as much information about the area as possible. Following in the footsteps of the Embera tribe, the survival guide goes on a jungle trek through the Darien Gap. In other episodes, he navigates the Arctic Circle with 200 reindeer in tow and crosses crocodile-infested lakes.
