Last week, it was announced that the comedy series “Reboot” had been canceled after one season. Season 1 of the series premiered last year and is available to stream on Hulu in the United States and on Disney+ in many countries including the UK, Canada and Australia.
Following the cancellation, show co-creator Steve Levitan and 20th Television tried to find another home for the series. There were finished scripts, produced by a writers room that had worked on a potential second season, which were sent to potential buyers. Those efforts have now concluded and “Reboot” is officially over.
Levitan shared the news on social media which you can see below:
Well, that seems to be a wrap on Reboot. Very proud of our amazing cast and crew and what we did together. Thanks to all who watched and said such nice things. Haven’t seen it? Check us out on Hulu if you can find it. #UnintentionalLimitedSerieshttps://t.co/9Y2xPDxDNL

The Steven Levitan (Modern Family co-creator) created show begins when Hulu reboots an early 2000’s family sitcom, forcing its dysfunctional cast back together. Now they must deal with their unresolved issues in today’s fast-changing world.
The eight-episode series stars Judy Greer, Keegan-Michael Key, Johnny Knoxville Rachel Bloom, Krista Marie Yu, Calum Worthy and Paul Reiser.
“Reboot” is produced by Steven Levitan Productions and 20th Television.
