‘Solar Opposites’ Renewed for Season 4

Hulu has reportedly renewed its adult animated sci-fi series “Solar Opposites” for a fourth season ahead of its third season launch.

Season 4 will consist of 12 episodes which is the same number Hulu ordered for the third season of “Solar Opposites.”  The first two seasons had 8 episodes each.

Voice cast Roiland, Thomas Middleditch, Sean Giambrone and Mary Mack will all return for Season 4.

Co-created by Justin Roiland (Rick and Morty) and Mike McMahan (Rick and Morty), Solar Opposites centers around a team of four aliens who escape their exploding home world only to crash land into a move-in ready home in suburban America. They are evenly split on whether Earth is awful or awesome. Korvo (Justin Roiland) and Yumyulack (Sean Giambrone) only see the pollution, crass consumerism, and human frailty while Terry (Thomas Middleditch) and Jesse (Mary Mack) love humans and all their TV, junk food and fun stuff. Their mission: protect the Pupa, a living super computer that will one day evolve into its true form, consume them and terraform the Earth.

The first two seasons of “Solar Opposites” are streaming now on Hulu in the United States and on Disney+ via Star in several countries such as the United Kingdom and Ireland.
