August is here and it’s set to be another huge month for Disney+.
There’s plenty to look forward to in August but let’s take a step back and review some of the biggest announcements from Disney+ during the month of July.

The third season of the popular National Geographic kids show “Weird But True” will premiere Friday, August 14th on Disney+.Children’s entertainers and educators Charlie Engelman and Carly Ciarrocchi host the third season of the Emmy Award-winning series and this time, they’re embarking on even more imaginative and strange adventures to reveal surprising and interesting facts about the world. “Howard” Coming To Disney+
Disney+ has announced that the original documentary film “Howard” about Disney Legend and Academy Award®-winning Lyricist Howard Ashman will premiere exclusively on Disney+ on Friday, August 7th. Read More.
“The Falcon and The Winter Soldier” Delayed
Disney+ has announced their release schedule for August and one series was noticeably missing from the line-up,The Falcon and The Winter Soldier. The new Marvel series was previously set to launch on the streaming service next month. Read More.
“The Right Stuff” Sneak Peak
Disney+ released a sneak peek from the service’s first scripted series from National Geographic.Premiering this fall, “The Right Stuff” tells the incredible story of America’s first astronauts, the Mercury Seven, during the early days of the U.S.Space Program. Read More.
“Black Beauty” Adaption Coming To Disney+

Disney+ announced that a contemporary adaptation of Anna Sewell’s classic 19th century novel, “Black Beauty” will premiere on the streaming service later this year.Black Beauty is a wild mustang born free in the American west.When she is captured and taken away from family, her story intertwines with that of 17-year old Jo Green, similarly grieving over the loss of her parents.The two slowly develop a bond that is built on love, respect and mutual healing.
