‘The Mandalorian’ Season 4 Rumored To Begin Filming in Early 2023

Season 3 of “The Mandalorian” has yet to arrive on Disney+, but the fourth season may be getting ready to start production soon.

The news comes from Production Weekly which reports that production will start within the first quarter of next year ( January – March 2023).

As always, since nothing has been announced by Lucasfilm or Disney, we will treat this as a rumor for now.

Little is known about the upcoming season, but we do know that The Mandalorian and Grogu continue their journey and Katie Sackhoff will reprise her role as Bo-Katan Kryze.  While plot details are scarce, Jon Favreau recently teased that the third season will tie in with the planet Mandalore.

MakingStarWars.net recently reported that we could see the final trailer for Season 3 of “The Mandalorian” arrive on Christmas Day and the third season will begin streaming on Disney+ on Wednesday, February 22, 2023.  Disney previously announced the show would release in February but did not reveal an exact date.
