Tracy Morgan Joins ‘The Santa Clauses’ Season 2

Just last week, Tim Allen revealed on social media that the second season of “The Santa Clauses” has officially wrapped filming.

Disney+ announced a season two greenlight for the Original series following its first season finale back in December 2022.

Deadline has announced that Tracey Morgan is set to join the cast for the second season, suggesting he will portray the Easter Bunny in a cameo appearance.

In the second season, the Calvin family is back in the North Pole as Scott Calvin continues his role as Santa Claus after retirement plans were thwarted when failing to find a worthy successor in season one. Now that Scott and his family have successfully saved Christmas, Scott turns his focus towards training his son Calvin to eventually take over the “family business” as Santa Claus.

It was recently announced Gabriel “Fluffy” Iglesias will join as a series regular. According to Deadline, Iglesias will play Kris Kringle, the owner and operator of a Christmas-themed amusement park called Santaland. Sweet, happy, and perpetually-optimistic, Kris is a warm, generous soul who is determined to keep his struggling theme park afloat. However, his belief in Santa and love for all things Christmas may not be enough.

Additionally, Eric Stonestreet stars as Magnus Antas (aka the Mad Santa), who reigned during the 14th century and is now returning to try and take down Scott Calvin and reclaim the North Pole.

The second season is expected to hit our screens this Fall.
