FX has released the trailer for the fifth and final season of “Better Things” which premieres February 28, 2022 on FX and Hulu. Season 5 will debut with the first two episodes, with new episodes dropping weekly afterward. The fifth season is also expected to release on DIsney+ internationally however a premiere date has not been announced yet.
“Better Thing”s is the story of Sam Fox, a single mother and working actor with no filter, raising her three daughters in Los Angeles. She also looks after her mother, an English expat who lives across the street. Whether she’s earning a living, navigating her daughters’ changing lives, or trying to have one of her own, Sam approaches every challenge with fierce love, raw honesty and humor.

The award-winning comedy series is directed by, produced by and stars Pamela Adlon.
In addition to Adlon, the series stars Mikey Madison, Hannah Riley, Olivia Edward and Celia Imrie. The final season will also feature guest stars Lena Waithe, Ron Cephas Jones, Danny Trejo, Marty Krofft, Clive Russell, Casey Wilson, Rainbow Sun Francks, Angela Kinsey, Kevin Michael Richardson, Nelson Lee, Lennon Parham and Usman Ally, as well as the return of Diedrich Bader, Kevin Pollak, Rosalind Chao, Judy Gold, Cree Summer, Alysia Reiner, Greg Cromer, Dominic Burgess, Matthew Glave and Mario Cantone.

Seasons 1-4 are available to stream on Hulu in the United States and on Disney+ internationally in several countries including Canada and the UK.
