American Horror Story is an American anthology horror television series created by Ryan Murphy and Brad Falchuk for the cable network FX. Each season is conceived as a self-contained miniseries, following a different set of characters and settings, and a story line with its own “beginning, middle, and end.”
America Horror Story doesn’t scream Disney, but the show does fall under the Disney umbrella due to the Fox acquisition. Where exactly can you watch the series? And is it available to stream on Disney+?
When is American Horror Story Coming To Disney Plus UK?
Disney hasn’t announced if or when the American Horror Story will be coming to Disney+ in the United Kingdom and Ireland.
Currently, eight out of nine seasons are available to stream on Netflix in the UK and Ireland. Netflix holds the exclusive streaming rights, which vest when the show is one year old from its network debut. In the UK, that network is Disney-owned Fox TV; however, FOX is closing.
We would expect American Horror Story: 1984, the ninth season of the series, to arrive on Disney+ as a Star Original instead of debuting on Fox. It appears that the contract with Netflix has or will be expiring soon, although this hasn’t been officially confirmed.
A reasonable guess would be to expect American Horror Story to arrive on Disney+ when American Horror Stories, the spin-off show, comes to the UK. No release date has been announced for the UK; however, American Horror Stories is arriving in July in the United States. The UK shouldn’t be too far behind, potentially as soon as August for both season 9 and American Horror Stories; however, this is purely speculation.

Update: Disney has confirmed that ‘American Horror Story: Double Feature’ will start streaming in the UK in October on Star on Disney+. Disney did not announce when previous seasons will be coming.
When is American Horror Story Coming To Disney Plus Canada?
In Canada, you can stream the first three seasons of American Horror Story on Disney+ via Star. You’ll also be able to find seasons one and two available on Amazon Prime.
The remaining seasons can be streamed on FX in Canada online with a cable subscription.
Update: Disney has confirmed that Seasons 4-9 of “American Horror Story” will arrive on Disney+ via Star on Wednesday, January 12, 2022.

When is American Horror Story Coming To Disney Plus US?
Until Disney allows more mature titles on Disney+ in the United States, American Horror Story won’t be arriving.
