As of now, Disney has not provided any official updates regarding the availability of Haunted Mansion on physical media formats like DVD, Blu-ray, or Ultra HD. However, we can make informed guesses by examining the release patterns of similar films.
Drawing from the timeline it took for Black Panther 2, Ant-Man 3, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 and The Little Mermaid all of which took approximately three months to transition to DVD and Blu-ray, we can anticipate a similar time frame for Haunted Mansion. Based on this estimate, we can expect to see it on DVD and Blu-ray towards the middle to end of October.
Update 09/10/2023 – Disney has confirmed that Haunted Mansion will be coming to 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray and DVD on Oct. 17.

As of now, Disney has not announced a specific release date for the availability of Haunted Mansion on digital platforms like iTunes, Google Play, Amazon, etc. However, we can make a prediction based on the patterns of previous Disney movie releases.
Take The Little Mermaid as an example, which hit the cinemas on May 26, 2023, and became available for digital purchase and rental on July 25, 2023 — a span of exactly 60 days. If Haunted Mansion follows this same trajectory, we anticipate its digital release to be on September 26, 2023.

Inspired by the classic theme park attraction, “Haunted Mansion” is about a woman and her son who enlist a motley crew of so-called spiritual experts to help rid their home of supernatural squatters. The film’s producers are Dan Lin and Jonathan Eirich, with Nick Reynolds and Tom Peitzman serving as executive producers.
