The Bad Guys is an animated crime/comedy movie which is set to be a huge success! Starring the voices of Sam Rockwell, Marc Maron, Anthony Ramos, Craig Robinson and Awkwafina. It’s directed by Pierre Perifel with the screenplay by Etan Cohen, and is loosely based on the children’s book series by Aaron Blabey, who serves as an executive producer with Cohen and Patrick Hughes.

What Is ‘The Bad Guys’ About?
After a lifetime of legendary heists, notorious criminals Mr. Wolf, Mr. Snake, Mr. Piranha, Mr. Shark and Ms. Tarantula are finally caught. To avoid a prison sentence, the animal outlaws must pull off their most challenging con yet — becoming model citizens. Under the tutelage of their mentor, Professor Marmalade, the dubious gang sets out to fool the world that they’re turning good.
The Bad Guys Disney Plus Release Date
There is no question that The Bad Guys seems like a perfect fit for Disney+ on the surface. We can understand how an animated film usually leads you to believe it must be a Disney movie. Disney is, of course, the biggest animation studio in the world. However, the film is produced by DreamWorks Animation and distributed by Universal Pictures.
This means that it is incredibly unlikely we’ll ever see The Bad Guys or any other movie produced by DreamWorks arriving on Disney+. While things can change in the future, DreamWorks is a direct competitor to Disney, so we can file this movie under the “not going to happen” list.
The Bad Guys is expected to arrive on Peacock in the United States.
When is The Bad Guys is coming to Disney Plus? (Internationally)
Internationally, things can be a little different for Disney+ as we have seen some titles that aren’t produced or distributed by Disney arrive on their streaming service. Specifically, the UK has seen both Paddington movies added, which isn’t a Disney title. Disney CEO Bob Chapek said they weren’t planning on licensing films for Disney+ internationally, but plans seemed to have changed. With Paddington, it’s believed this was added to help with the European quota, which requires a certain amount of content to be created in Europe.
However, just like the United States, it’s not expected that Disney will be striking any deals with DreamWorks anytime soon.
In the UK, The Bad Guys is expected to arrive on Peacock/Sky in the future.
The Bad Guys Streaming Online Free
At the moment, no release date has been announced when The Bad Guys will be available on other streaming services such as Netflix, Prime Video etc. Peacock seems like the most appropriate fit for The Bad Guys, as Universal distributed it, but no announcements have been made.
